1930s chicken house restoration

This chicken house was in need of some love so I cut out the rotten base and replaced it with a new floor and made a new nest box on the side, gave it a couple of coats of ecosote, found some old wheels to bolt onto the bearers and sorted it out for another 50 years of luxury accommodation for happy hens.

They are laying well and providing the client with a lovely supply of fresh eggs every day!!
